The concept behind the airport service robot is to simplify processes and offer support to those who indeed. The functions and the design are carefully crafted to be user-friendly for people of all ages and abilities.

Introducing a humanoid service robot at the airport could revolutionize passenger experiences and streamline operations.

The robot's head is intentionally designed to facilitate interaction as naturally as possible. Through the rotation of its ears, the robot expresses natural emotions and facial expressions.

This approach aims to simplify communication for all age groups, ensuring that it is clear and easily understandable without overwhelming anyone. The robot's expressions are designed to be universally comprehensible.
